NTPC-SEL Power Company Limited (NSPCL) has issued new recruitment notification for various posts like Senior Assistant Officer and Senior Assistant Engineer. The company has business units in Bhilai, Durgapur and Rourkela and operates mainly in power generation segment.

Selected candidates will be appointed to the E-1 grade with a salary of ₹40,000 to ₹1,40,000 per month (basic pay). They will also be entitled for Dearness Allowance, terminal benefits and other facilities as per company norms.
Selection Procedure
The selection process for NSPCL recruitment will have following phases:-
Stage 1 – All India Online Selection Test This will be in two parts:
Part A: Knowledge of Subject
Part B: Executive Aptitude Test (EAT)
Candidates will have to pass both parts.
Stage 2 – Personal Interview: Candidates will be shortlisted for personal interviews on the basis of merit list prepared from the online test.
Weightage for the Final Selection:
Written Test : 85%
Interview 15%
