Contractual ANMs- Experience Weightage
The main feature of this recruitment is the weightage given for the prior work experience. Additional marks will be given to the candidates who have worked as contractual ANMs under National Health Mission .
The benefit is for service completed on a contractual basis as an ANM.
The commission gives 3 marks for the first year of service and 3 marks for each subsequent completed year of contractual service up to a maximum of 15 marks .
The experience marks are added to the scores obtained in the written examination by the candidate to decide the final merit.
